Velscope
First in Wales to install a mouth cancer scanner. This technology makes it possible for clinicians to accurately identify tissue changes at and below the surface before they become apparent under white light examination.
Instant X-Ray
About twenty years ago we were the first practice to have digital radiography in N.Wales. Even today digital radiography is not commonly available. This technique allows instant x-rays using much lower doses (90% safer) which can be viewed on the surgery computer within seconds.
Microscopes
We now use magnification to help us with precision of our work. In certain cases we can now use a surgical microscope to provide for even more precise work.
Soft Laser
Soft Lasers are used to promote healing for example ulcers and cold sores.
